Highly recommend Marmontova Luxury Rooms.

The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There were quite a few stairs to climb while lugging up our bags.

Very clean comfortable room. It was small but had everything you needed including hot dinks.

Was convenient for what we needed it for. Was very clean and comfortable bed. Good hosts and lovely breakfast

A lot of stairs and not easy to find as not very well signed outside

Absolutly brilliant can definitely recomend we would definitely book again

The property was ideally located in the Old Town near to everything we needed. It was modern very clean and family managed. We could not have chosen a better place

All in all our stay was great. Good air conditioning. Washing machine. Nice spacious bed rooms.

The location was great nice and central. The staff were very helpful.

There was only one problem and that was the night club that was opposite the apartment. Just use some ear plugs!

Perfect way to stay in Split. Just a short walk to the beach, the Dioclecian's Palace, restaurants,

We were greeting when we arrived and shown to our rooms right away. The rooms were comfortable and shockingly quiet for being in the middle of such a busy area of Split. The room was clean and comfortable.

It is up 4 flights of stairs and that was tiring with heavy bags. It would be best not to have rolling luggage, but backpacks or duffels instead.

Very good location, very clean

Very good and clean although rather small. Very helpful host (advice where to park, what to see). Attention: 60 stair steps to room so don't take heavy luggage. Very good location!

Our room with Marmontova Luxury Rooms was comfortable, clean, and in a perfect location!

The location-easy to find and short walk from the ferry & close to everything.

Ivana was so helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect and an easy walk to everything.

The breakfast was great - We received a voucher for a restaurant a short walk away next to the sea on the promenade. We had our choice of breakfasts on the menu, along with a coffee or juice.

The is a 3rd floor walk up location. Fortunately, our driver carried our luggage up the stairs for us upon arrival. If you have trouble with stairs, you may want to reconsider OR ask Ivana about the availability of the apartment they offer on the first floor.

Perfect central location, lovely hosts, highly recommend

The property was in a fantastic location, central to everything Split has to offer. Perfect spot for a city break.

There was some noise generated by the local nightspots, but this did not detract from a lovely stay.

Superb

Ivana is a wonderful host. She is kind, knowledgeable and will any questions you may have. The rooms (we stayed in the first night)were small, but very comfortable. The apartment was everything you need to travel comfortably. The location is stellar right on the edge of the old town. Thanks Ivana!

Hard to complain. Some might not like that the rooms (not the apartment) require a stair climb, but that was clear on the website. All in all, great.

Stunning Apartment in prime location

The location of the property was fantastic. It is on the main strip connecting to the old town and promenade. We were initially shocked by how close the apartment was and so happy with the location. The room was well-equipped and clean. Ivana was amazing and provided suggestions on the must-do’s in split. Will definitely stay here again and recommend this place to everyone wishing to visit split and be in the heart of the town.

A wonderful spot right in the heart of Split

Very comfortable rooms in the heart of Split's old town. Ivana greeted us and was extremely helpful in accomodating us to store bags and make check in and out easy. We enjoyed having the balcony over the street with a lovely view down to the sea.

With such a great location comes a little noise from the bars late into the night.

Very good

Large beautiful apartment located in the middle of the old town and 100 meters from the sea. Good beds and lovely breakfast served at a cafe by the sea. Nice and service-minded hostess. Short distance to ferries and shuttle bus, and to the city beach.

Nightclub right across the street with a good deal of noise at closing time.
